The front balcony is ideal for a quiet morning coffee/tea or lazy evening enjoying the fresh breeze as this area is always cool especially at night.
The back verendah facing the entrance has a mountain view and is also furnished as an outdoor lounge/sitting area and outdoor dining area for 6 person and is located by the private swimming pool, accommodating up to 5 adults and/or plus 2 children, which has large area for outdoor activities like sun-bathing and dining with garden furniture and loungers. Located beneath the villa; the apartment is very spacious (128sqm). The apartment has its own vehicular access and parking facilities and completely separate entrance from the main villa. Guests renting the apartment do not have access to the private villa pool except when in groups renting both villa and apartment.
The lounge and kitchen is open plan and spacious with cable television with several channels. The kitchen has all cooking facilities.
The bedroom is very big with modern open-plan en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 large twin beds (which can be used a 1 bed or 2 twin beds) there is also a washing machine and ironing facility.
The front open verendah has outdoor lounge/sitting and dining for 4 persons.

The one bedroomed apartment is attached to the main residence and guests have the use of the swimming pool, pool area and trampoline.

The apartment has its own facilities including kitchenette and private bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Guests may use the covered gazebo by the pool to have meals and can also have bbq by the pool.
